It is time to exhale (and then inhale again)
Women in leadership give everything — to their teams, their missions, their communities, and often, everyone but themselves. If you’ve been running on purpose but low on reserves, this retreat is your invitation to stop, breathe, and remember what it feels like to be truly nourished.
Resourced & Ready is a three-day immersive gathering for women who lead with heart — a space where you don’t have to take care of everyone else, where it’s quiet and slow enough to hear what your body, mind, and heart want, and where you can practice the radical act of asking for what you need.
On August 14-16, 2026, we’ll gather at the stunning OMG Acres in Fort Seybert, WV, about 3 hours from Washington, DC. OMG Acres is a sanctuary space where nature, community, and deep reflection can do their work. We’ll use movement, conversation, creativity, and rest (and of course delicious food) as nourishment.
Is this for me?
Is this for you? It’s for you if you’re the person everyone else comes to — for ideas, for support, for vision, for a plan. You’re good at it, and you love it.
But somewhere along the way, the question of what you need got quieter and quieter.
If you’re craving space that is truly yours — to move your body, walk in the woods, make something with your hands, tell the truth around a fire, and be in the company of women who get it — then yes. This is for you.
Here’s a taste of what is coming:

Your Hosts
Your hosts for the retreat are Arielle Mir, founder and principal of Wingspan Strategy & Coaching and Avery Ouellette, founding partner of OMG Acres.
Arielle has spent years creating spaces for purpose-driven people to have brave, connected conversations with themselves and each other. She has led retreats, trainings, and coaching engagements with leaders across sectors — and her approach draws on somatic awareness, creative practice, and deep listening as much as it does on strategy.
Arielle brings a rare combination of gifts to this work: the ability to hold space with genuine warmth, to ask the question that cracks something open, and to move a group from reflection into momentum. She is a certified coach through the Coactive Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation and a trained yoga instructor.
Avery is one of the founders of OMG Acres, a protected mountain woodland and historic farm in Pendleton County, WV. At OMG Acres, Avery’s vision is to offer a haven where guests can reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with the world around them.
Drawing on decades of experience organizing and hosting group events, Avery brings warmth, intention, and a sense of community to every gathering. She is honored to welcome you to OMG Acres, a place to pause, breathe deeply, and truly feel at home.
